Refund policy

14 days Return Policy and instructions:

1. Customer must request an RMA number within 14 DAYS of order delivery.
2. Box up the product with all packaging and item materials and manuals from the original package, and ship it back to us

3. Upon receiving and inspect the item, the refund will be processed in the next 3 - 5 business days, however, it might vary.  Please note the shipping cost or/and restocking fee will be deducted before issuing the refund.  

4. Beauty Product Return policy - Beauty Products must be Unused and Unopened. The product must be received back not in damaged condition. It's the buyer's responsibility to pack carefully to ensure it's not damaged during shipment return to us. If we receive the package in damaged condition, we will adjust the refund accordingly our store policy and with possibility no refund at all.

5. The package that arrives in damaged condition will be only authorized for replacement or refund with pictures as proof. If the buyer decided to throw away and provide no proof, we will have the rights to refuse any refund or replacement.
